Nice breakfast, polite reception staff and they able to speak english fluently. So its relieving. Location is very good. The city is walkable to explore. Very bad we only stay for 1nights.

Le Check in et check out se sont bien déroulés, le personnel donne des recommandations de bonnes adresses dans la ville et la région. Quant au petit déjeuner, il était bon et diversifié, c’est la cerise sur le gâteau.
Seul petit bémol c’est la petite taille des chambres et la sonorisation avec la rue adjacente.
A nice and clean hotel. Breakfast is reasenable according American standards. Pancake machine was broken. Good coffee and drinks. I missed any any cheese or meat for my bread. What could be better? Less loud music. Overall: is was a good stay and I will come again

Although I had booked a room, breakfast and parking package for two nights, on arrival I was asked whether I had booked a space in the hotel’s parking lot. No mention of this on the website! I was told that the hotel’s allotted spaces in the underground lot were full and I would have to find street parking! After touring the area in the rush hour this proved impossible. After much ado I was then told I could use their car park. I would have to find the entrance gate and ring reception for it to be opened. My phone could not do this. Eventually, a receptionist came with me to ring her colleague in order to open the gate.Totally bizarre. The entrance gate is very narrow and it would be easy to scratch your car. After a long journey from Montpellier, I could have done without this hassle and stress. That said, the hotel is good and I was recognised as a Platinum IHG member. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. My room was compact but fine. It is easy to walk into the very pleasant town centre. This was my second visit here but the new parking situation would sadly prevent me from staying again.

Vetri delle finestre molto sporchi. Testata del letto strappata. In Italia un 4 stelle ha un servizio decisamente superiore. Peccato perché la posizione è centrale e con pochi ritocchi mirati potrebbe essere all'altezza di un vero 4 stelle.

Nous avons beaucoup de mal à trouver l'hôtel et en fin de journée c'était un peu pénible je dois dire. L'adresse indiquée par Google Maps n'envoie pas devant l'hôtel, ça a été la galère. Le monte-charge qui permet aux handicapés de passer les marches était en panne, il a donc fallu monter notre lourd bagage en marchant. Le réceptionniste était très serviable et efficace. Heureusement, car il a fallu changer de chambre vu que la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Sinon notre chambre était correcte quoiqu'un peu défraîchie. Je pense que cet hôtel mériterait une rénovation car il fait un peu miteux, la moquette est tachée, les murs cracra... pas au standing quand même. Nous avons trouvé cet hôtel un peu glauque et mal entretenu en résumé.

Hemos pernoctado 4 noches en este hotel como parte de nuestro tour por la zona. Buena ubicación del establecimiento. Posibilidad de pasear por el parque/jardín cercano. Habitación, aunque algo pequeña, correcta tanto por limpieza como por equipamiento. Aseo y toallas muy bien. Desayuno buffet correcto Cenas, unos días mejor que otros. Se puede recomendar este hotel

Albergo situato in centro a un km dalla centrale Place de Jaude. Camera discreta, televisione molto piccola, ottima doccia. Letto comodo, buona connessione internet. Molto gentile il ragazzo alla reception che mi ha aiutato la sera ad effettuare un ordine di cibo. Buona la colazione. Punti a sfavore: Non hanno parcheggio privato, ho potuto parcheggiare in uno sterrato accanto ma solo perche non stavano facendo lavori (era Domenica) e la sala fitness. Piccola, fredda, puzzolente e con un tapis roulant non funzionante. Un quattro stelle non puo offrire un servizio cosi scadente. In definitiva, buona soluzione per una notte o due.

L'accueil est chaleureux, les chambres communicantes sont propres et la literie bonne. Hôtel calme et bien situé. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Le bonus : nous avons été surclassé ! L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant ouvert du lundi au vendredi.
