Dieser Aufenthalt war durchweg positiv. Man wurde sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen, die Zimmer waren ultra sauber und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Günstige Parkmöglichkeit in einem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus.

Ce lundi 14 août 2023, rien n’allait. Check in super long : bug informatique : impossible d’activer le badge. Le réceptionniste était obligé d’ouvrir les portes des chambres à clé pour chaque résident. Les fenêtres de ma chambre étaient ouvertes. Le sol était inondé (suite à un orage) : j’ai dû passer un coup de raclette en arrivant. Les casiers sous le lit ne peuvent pas se verrouiller. Les sanitaires notamment la salle de bain notamment la propreté est moyenne. Le p’tit dej simple et basique fait le boulot. La terrasse semi ouverte est très agréable.

Très bel accueil. Bien placé par rapport aux transport en commun pour visiter centre ville Clermont-Ferrand. Belle chambre, bonne literie. Espace commun, cuisine, salle de détente. Restaurant. Prix correct.
