It's a beautiful hostel with a contemporary design. The rooms and common areas are spacious. You can safely store your bike, which is a big plus. The location is right, (15 to 20' walk). A good place to stay and much cheaper than the other hostels in the city center.

Very good value and spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff. The only slightly negative point was the distance from the main attractions of the city - a good 20+ minute walk to the Cathedral for example. Oh, and it was impossible to get to by car due to the extensive roadworks and road closures in place during the time of my visit

Went up to ma room 412. Everything in disorder, no sheets at all. All three reading lamps of the beds on the lower level broken. Went down again and got room 413. When I opened the box under my bed to store my luggage, it was full with dirty plates and rests of bad food. The locker system was attached in a wrong way, so even if you inserted your padlock, anyone could easily remove the screws and steal your things. When I went to the shower rooms, I noticed that many rooms doors were not locked. The locks were turned around inside to prevent the doors from locking. Do they do this so homeless people fom the streets can sneak in and sleep for free. I just mind people sleeping in beds without any sheets. The faucets/ robinets were installed in a wrong way, too. Normally, it is hot water to the left, cold to the right. Here in this hostel it is messed up. Nobody cares if bedlights work or not. Watch out! They charge higher prices as stated. Left from the enntrance door, there is an info board which says breakfast is 5.90€. But I was charged 7.50€. A weird place. The staff is absolutely not qualifafied with the exception of the lady who is in charge of breakfast. P.S. I had my chorizo sausage stolen from the fridge althought I had written my room number on it as required to indicate that it was NOT for common use.

Perhaps we did not read the information properly but there was no towels , or hand wash at all , unfortunately toilet did not smell very nice and one of the ceiling tiles was missing , dont think the air con worked despite the loud noise due to no ceiling tile, very budget but we would not stay again as it did not give us very good impression.
