The rooms and restaurants are very nicely decorated, the rooms are large, and you can walk to the city center.

I was there for 4 nights/5days and housekeeping never came to my room. I asked twice during my stay for at least fresh towels… ended up having to drop my dirty towels at the front desk and get my own late one night. Place was good, housekeeping was the only problem.

Breakfast "omelets" were mini pancake-size premade prepared eggs as well as the bacon was microwave skinny bacon.....
Coffee was keurig which would have been ok if I didn't have to wait 5" for the water to heat up in it.....

The room had a strong chemical smell. When ask about it we were told it was from resent painting. I fill the should have not been used. It was hard to relax

Easy to check in, polite staff. There were events but they settled down and it was quiet by 11:00. Great location. Breakfast was kind of sad. It’s hot but not good. I’d skip it but stay there again. Very nice room.

Nice place for the money. Had to ask to move rooms because the first one smelled like someone smoked in it. They were able to switch our room, so that was good.

This has to be the noisiest hotel I’ve ever slept in. There is a central courtyard that is extremely loud. Every morning at 5ish am I could hear ever chair, cough, spoon, dish the breakfast people were setting up. And once 6am came and breakfast was available for guests. Forget about sleep. Literally sounds like a party is going on. Talking, laughing, coughing, chairs scooting all over. The sliding glass door that our room had didn’t close all the way so it might as well been fully open. The walls are paper thin, could hear the elevator ding all morning, heard the neighbors alarm going off like it was in my room. Would never stay here again nor recommend anyone else that wants any type of sleep.

The floors in bedroom were sticky and dirty.
Bathrooms dirty I couldn’t shower because it was so dirty.
There was screaming and door shutting until 2 pm in the morning.
There were dogs running back and forth above us for two hours.
I would never stay there again.
