Arlana Guest House

Immaculately clean , the room was perfect and had everything you need . However , breakfast had to be booked the night before and we felt like we were being rushed to make room for others , plus loud music at breakfast , not enough choice and beef sausage which would not really be a choice of mine .

My wife and I stayed here late July for 3 days. We were really impressed with the guest house and the really welcoming hosts Helen and Tony. Everything is perfect from the ground floor room we had to the really great breakfast (well done Tony). Free parking was an added bonus. Excellent location, only few minutes walk to the promenade. We highly recommend and will certainly return.

Tony and Helen were fantastic hosts, they both made us feel very welcome and could not do enough for us. We were taken to our lovely room, which was spacious, very clean and had so many extra touches. Towels and bedding were soft and brilliantly white. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful with a good range of choices. The guest house was well appointed and exceptionally clean throughout. Located close to the seafront and amenities, which was a bonus. We were so please with our experience at Arlana Guest house we are definitely going to return later on in October. We would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Cleethorpes. Many thanks Tony and Helen for making us feel so welcome.

Fantastic b&b nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Tony and Helen are fantastic we will definitely be back. Great location close to beach pubs and restaurants once again thank you for an amazing stay

We booked the Arlana Guest House last minute as our original B&B cancelled, well how glad we were as The Arlana was superb! Absolutely great communication on the run up to the booking as obviously we were worried due to the previous cancellation. We were staying on business as we were trading at The Armed Forces Weekend. We were able to drop our case off early and they kindly put it in our room ready for our arrival later that evening. The room was immaculate we were in the attic so only a small room but more than adequate for our needs. Lovely extra touches of biscuits and plenty of tea coffee, milk and hot chocolate. The bathroom was super clean with beautiful white towels and shower mat with the added extras of shower gel shampoo and hand wash. Helen & Tony were superb hosts and Tony served a great breakfast. Great location 5 mins from the beach and Pier Gardens. Highly recommend 👌

This was our second stay at the Arlana Guest House. There is only a few words to sum up this place, excellent, wonderful, fantastic and superb. Helen and Tony were fantastic hosts as usual, they made us feel at home. Room was lovely clean and well appointed. The bed linen, towels are the whitest and cleanest ever. The breakfast cooked by Tony is lovely, nothing is too much. The guest house is within a stone’s throw from the beach amenities and town centre. If you are after quality, fab hosts and a lovely place to stay, you will not be disappointed staying at Arlana Guest House. Loved our chats with Helen and Tony, you were brill.
