Sorry but this is not by any stretch of the imagination a decent B and B , very very old fashioned felt like I was back in the 1970s! Terrible beds , terrible pillows I had to slee on 4 they were that flat ! Not that clean at all , no en suite and one toilet for all the rooms. Nice lady but that doesn’t compensate for all the negatives here. The breakfast was ok apart from that never would I stay here ever again.

Excellent guest-house! Ruth, the proprietor, lovely lady. Couldn't do enough, for us. Clean, airy, spacious rooms. Extremely safe. Fantastic, full English breakfast. If visiting Cleethorpes, on a budget, you definitely, need to book this! And you won't need to find, an extra £12 for b'fast , Like you would, at the numerous hotels around. 10/10 experience. Lovely comfy bed. T.v./wi-fi, coffee/rea making facilities, extra blankets, wardrobe, coat-hangers, chest, sink....close to centre, restaurants, pubs, beach....will definitely return... HIGHLY recommended....bill, sheffield

What can I say! A home from home! Clean, tidy, friendly and a great English breakfast to start your day. Close to the beach and the local shops. If you need to go to Grimsby, that is also close by. Would recommend.

A group of 5 of us stayed at this guest house last night 28/05/2022 for 1 night as a base for our night out in cleethorpes.The owner Ruth was very friendly and couldn't do enough for you,she showed us to our room and gave us our keys.The rooms were very cute and cosy all the amenities you could need and we had a bathroom down the hall.We all had a good night's sleep,breakfast was lovely too we would definitely stay here again

Stayed here last night 28/08/22 for just 1 night whilst visiting Cadwell Park. Ruth the owner and hostess couldn’t do enough for me. Was shown to my room which ended up being a twin one. Having asked where was a good place to eat was given directions as to where Cleethorpes centre was an also where to find the beach. Breakfast was served between 07:00 & 09:00 and was fruit juice, cereal, full english followed by toast and coffee. Would certainly recommend and visit again.
