Super 8 by Wyndham Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport

The outside area is depressing from the first view. Lobby is adding negativenes by its dirty floors and walls, worn-out furniture. Room was clean, no bad smells.

I had trouble checking in something was wrong with them getting me a key to a room so I told them to just cancel it

Meh We had a quick overnight before catching our flight. We booked two rooms for our family of eight. The beds were advertised as queens - nope. The rooms were tiny and cramped. There was a horrible stench of cigarettes and what smelled like fish. The room was clean and served its purpose.

It looks like the room had some renovations done. The beds were nice and the tile in the bathroom had been updated. The shower tile was update. However, the room smelled bad. The carpet was old and so was the curtains. I feel like the room was over priced. I am not the only person that feels that way. Other people were complaining about the room prices when we were checking in. It was midnight when we arrived and we had to wake up at 4am to be at the airport to catch our flight so I wasn’t interested in complaining. I won’t stay there again or recommend it. Definitely not worth the price we paid!

Nasty!! Room was disgusting had stains on all of the sheets and blankets room smelled horrible bathroom was so nasty I wore my flip flops while taking a shower bathroom had dried up buggers on the wall so bad that my husband tried to wipe them off and the paint came off definitely do not recommend

Cockroaches in the room The room is conveniently equipped with refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave. Overall, the place is old and requires upgrade. There were cockroaches in our room. After being reported, the room service came and sprayed the room, but it was not comfortable to sleep in the room knowing that they are there.
