The front entrance has steps and a ramp to make it easier to take your things in and out. Everything you need is provided. Just bring your cloths and personal items and you are all set. You will love staying in this house. The neighborhood is quite and the neighbors are friendly. If you like golf or the beach both are within minutes of the unit. Downtown Clearwater is just minutes away with the newly updated Coachman Park with free concerts in the park ( when available) and a children's splash zone and children's play area. Downtown Clearwater also has many good restaurants.
