FRUAD ALERT!!! DO Not book here EVER!!.I was traveling from Phoenix..Spoke to Charmene (the owner) this morning 6-27-25 about a 1 month stay for July.She asked for a $100 deposit to hold the room which seemed odd.Then she asked for $200,then she texted back and said she needs $500..She asked that I pay with Venmo, or cash app.Those are all platforms that have a no recourse policy.You cant get your money back if you have an issue like I do.That is why she wanted me to pay through venmo,so she could rip me off.I found that very odd.I didn't feel comfortable so I told her I only would use a credit card.I gave her my card number.Within a couple of hours she charged me $1500 ,$500 3 times..this was verified through american express..I immediately tried calling her She then stopped answering my phone calls..She then texted" I did not charge you" American express has verified she did.I told here I was filing a police report with Clearwater PD (which I did) and filing a fraud claim with Amex. a few minutes ago She refunded $1000 but is refusing to refund the other $500...This is literally a nightmare.Look at the reviews..It seems to be a pattern.This is literally the worst thing I have ever had to deal with travel related.This is a crime.Do not give these people your credit card info.This is a scam.Total fraud.Charmene literally kept charging my card all afternoon as if I wasn't going to find out? These people are criminals.GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!If you are traveling from out of town,these people will take advantage of you and take your money.DO NOT ever book this hotel unless you want to get ripped off.And JUST KNOW that anything Charmaine says is a LIE.Shes a con artist.Read the reviews please before you loose your hard earned money at this place.

Love the vintage vibe, very clean and very walkable location to anything in the Clearwater Beach area.

Spacious and affordable accommodations. The beds were very comfortable, which I was pleasantly surprised about at this price! The owners offered us an upgrade to the 2 bedroom suite and it was amazing! So spacious and comfortable. I loved the small deck to sit on in the morning. Room was clean and the full kitchen was great! Perfect location as we could walk to everything yet far enough back from the Main Street that it was quiet and felt safe. I would rent here again if I return to Clearwater.

Good location The check in is kind of different. All done via unsecured text, but for the price you can’t beat the location. Also, TV didn’t work. Overall, it was ok.

Would absolutely stay again The owner was there at check in and she was amazing. The room was perfect and we could walk everywhere for the week. Very nice pool right outside our door with lots of seating. And plenty of parking was available.

The check in process is absolutely unprofessional. Called multiple times and they would only text , had to have people staying there to figure that out. No ac in the bedroom very warm . Not pleasant when it’s 100 degrees out .
