We are a small quiet "Ma & Pa" apartment building on the north end of Clearwater Beach. Right on the inter coastal water with a great view of the water. Daily dolphin and manatee sightings from our property almost year round. You can park your car and not get back in it because we are a short walk to all the restaurants, shops, the beach, Pier 60, and the marina where all the entertainment is. Family owned and operated since 1986!About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Adults only.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About events:No events allowed.
