Guest access - Each rental has access to one parking spot. You will have full access to the property's pool. There is even an outdoor bbq area to enjoy. There is no on-site manager. Please note, this property is currently undergoing some renovations, including exterior and interior painting and general remodeling. **UPDATE AS OF 12/25/2023** Due to a recent tropical storm, we cannot have guests go out on the dock as it was shifted from storm surge.
