Terrible. Office was closed at check in time. Note said be back in 10mins. An hour later the office still was not open. Tried calling the hotel and was hung up on 3 times and noone talked.

Worst hotel we have stayed in in several years. Room had split in bottom of bath tub that they taped up with duct tape. Shower head old. Paint coming off wall in bathroom. Toilet seat not tightened down Beds were hard. Didn’t get out. King size bed we asked for. Would definitely not stay here again. Not the best area either.

Has gone downhill since the last time I stayed here. It was adequate and conveniently located to my relatives. Repairs have been made for in a sloppy way.

Worst stay ever! Front desk guy hung up on me when I was trying to confirm room and arrival.. ON A HOLIDAY WEEK.. traveling for work as a contract healthcare employee. roaches everywhere and room heater blows cold. Fire alarm cirped whole stay.. even after I told felt desk immediately after check in.

Too many guests actually living there. Made the experience uncomfortable. 5am smoke breaks outside our room and then yelling at the house keeper seemed to me they ran that place. Room was nice. Bathroom seemed like they skip it, walls dirty. Horrible. Front desk Guy great. But area had bad traffic with questionable people.

Never again! The floor was coming up in several places. The attendant at the desk was very unpleasant he appeared to be bother every time I asked a question. He never made eye contact. The sheets did not stay on the corner of the bed. The best in the room was the microwave and refrigerator.
