Service was great, they allowed us to check in slightly earlier when the room is ready although we only asked if we could park our luggage at their reception. The room is quite clean considering the fact that it is surrounded by nature and we’re staying at the ground floor. Amenities were average and the hair dryer seems to be not working but everything else is fine.

It is relatively close to Monash and looks clean and tidy, but there is a smell of perfume inside. I don't know if it is like this in other rooms, but I am not used to it.

never again experience stayed in this motel, the reception man was so rude. behave yourself, and learn more in passing information, would you?. if you don’t really want to be in hotel bussiness. I suggest to find something else, you are bad excistence. good to dissapear.

Very disappointed. Would not recommend this motel to anyone to stay at. The manager was rude. Other people staying in rooms nearby smoking outside door. Motel did not feel welcoming or safe Over use of air freshener in room but could not open door or window to air due to others smoking outside room.

The owner Graham is a creep! He came to my door three times in the first day- the first time I thought it was a nice touch to check to see if everything was ok, the second time was strange and the third I just told him to f-off! I left after the first night. The place seems to be full of permanents - ***** being smoked on balconies and I saw a number of syringes at the front of the property. Loud music booms from the rooms and I didn’t appreciate the offer of ‘bulb’ from someone who clearly lived there. It’s on the highway and very noisy- bikes and cars seem to race all night. There is a very young Asian girl at reception that is lovely but I was shocked when I found out she was his wife!!!! Honestly, don’t be fooled by this creep who pretends to be a nice, helpful man - he is not.

It is located right next to a highway that is accessible to many shopping area like Ikea, Chadston and the new shopping mall M-city, with only 20 min trip to the city. It is also surrounded by many restaurants, therefore you will not go hungry. Room wise, it offers all of the basic, it is reasonably clean except the curtain. The floor of the corridor does need some attention. The decor is bit outdated. Because it is right next to the highway, at night it can be very noisy with lot of car racing. With the price that I paid for, dont expect too much service where I received no service at all, my room was not made every morning and I had to empty the rubbish bin myself.
