What a wonderful hotel! Everything about this place was first-class — friendly staff, clean rooms, and great amenities. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. The location was perfect for exploring the city, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The room was cozy and beautifully maintained. The team at the front desk were always willing to help and made my stay so easy. I’ll definitely be back!

I booked a room for 3 people, which cost $70 more than the 2-person option. I initially assumed this additional cost was for the extra bed, as the listing also mentioned that an extra bed requires an additional $70 charge.
However, upon check-in, I found that the higher price I paid was only for a king bed—the same setup as the 2-person booking—and no extra bed was provided. This makes it seem that it would have been more reasonable to book for 2 people and request the extra bed separately.
Could you please clarify why there was an additional charge for 3 people when no extra bed was provided? I would also like to know if I am eligible for a refund of the extra amount paid.

The service was wonderful the staff were very friendly. The only thing we noticed that wasn't completely satisfactory was the black mould in the bathroom sink.
