This hotel is a 'budget hotel', so I am keeping that in mind. You know, you get what you pay for. Our one night stay was $110. The staff was nice. The hotel, in general, looks ok. But, when we walked in I said to my husband, ”This lobby smells like a urinal cake.” We were assigned Room 411 and, well, look at my photos. The mattress and bedding should have been retired a decade ago. We went out to eat and came back to find our key cards didn't work. We were told our room was accidently assigned to someone else while we were out and they entered our room briefly, so our key was disabled. The bed had a SERIOUS sag to it. You can't see it in the pictures but, boy, it dipped in the middle. The sheets looked slept in but maybe that is due to the age of the bedding and the sagging mattress? When I did my 'bed bug check' I found a severely stained mattress. While we managed to sleep ok, I was constantly worried that the sheets hadn't been changed. Would I go there again? Nope. Not a chance.

CN, the owner is the best. He is always welcoming and happy to see us. He has done a great job since the remodel and the place is in great shape. Rooms are clean and bed and pillows comfy. Friendly staff, even the delightful housekeeping couple! Nice variety on the breakfast buffet and good coffee. We will return for the football season of 2022. We had problems with our TV and the staff was very helpful until they fixed it.

This is an older hotel and has a rough, gruff exterior, this is an easy hotel to just ”pass by” but its a pretty good value despite it not being the most glamourous motel around. I got here around 7pm at night and checked in, the staff is nice enough but not overly kind, they do their job well enough. The room I got was modest enough for one night, plain, but hey its a room doesn't have to be fancy, room is slightly dated, but looks pretty good considering how old this hotel is. They are pet friendly so there is some wear and tear on the furniture in the room. Bathroom smells a little cruddy but hey its a bathroom. This is a fairly nice place to stay, gets the job done, didn't eat breakfast here so don't have anything to say about that. With Quality Inn you get what you pay for so you cant really complain, lol. But if you have pets this is your place.

Our stay was ok I say ok because the general manager of the hotel has been less than accommodating my wife daughter and emotional support animal checked in a few days ago room was great..one day my daughters toy ran out of batteries I asked the general manager if he had more he replied yes and just before he was about to give them to me he asked me what were they for so I explained there for my daughters toy it just ran out of batteries he then put the batteries back in the drawer and pointed me to Walgreens..the same day I found out the room we are in doesn't even lock I mentioned this to the general manager who says he wasn't aware of the door not being locked so I said ok can you switch us to another room on the 1st floor due to the emotional support animal he's then says we only have one room on 4th floor; so then I said that's to high when you do have a first floor can you let us know..I mean the area is real sketchy so I just wanted my wife and daughter to feel safe..so the next morning comes I get up and see the housekeeper getting her cart together so I walk out the room to get towels I notice the housekeeper board standing upright on her cart to where I can read it from stepping out my door the housekeeper had two rooms on first floor vacant dirty which means they just checked out this morning or she rolled them from yesterday..so knowing this information I proceed to the front desk where the general manager is and told him I need my room changed he proceeded to lie and say Thier was nothing available I told him I seen the housekeeping board and it said Thier are a couple vacant dirty rooms on the first floor he immediately gets defensive then he starts saying he doesn't know if the room will be cleaned then I replied shouldn't a non locking door in your hotel be first priority? Why didn't you mention it to the one housekeeper you have when she started her day then he replied you can leave and get a refund if you don't like it is this the way you guys conduct business I mean your main job is to accommodate guests staying at your hotel I mean the general manager made us feel like we weren't welcome here
