The hotel is in a quiet location and has spacious holiday rooms. For passengers who arrive too late, there is a phone at the front desk. When you pick it up, it will ring and you can contact the staff. Very cost-effective hotel.

entire hotel smelled disgusting and each room had a different scent based on the previous customer… they don’t clean the sheets as well—stains, dirt, you name it. left early without a refund to another stay—best decision ever. run as fast as you can

Sorry, I thought that I had rated this Motel. I did not find myself impressed with Indiana, but this Motel, the staff, and other travelers made our stay here fun, comfortable, and basically perfect. This was an upper-class motel with a 3-star rating; they deserve far more than 3 stars, and the price was unbelievably low. This was a hotel that knows how to make people want to return!

The facility had a horrible smell in the front lobby. There were lamps in the room that did not work at all. The pool was out of order looked like no one had maintenance it in a very long time. Breakfast bar was low stock and there was no refills like first come first serve I guess. There were individuals hanging out in front of the hotel drinking and smoking black and milds. Very uncomfortable stay. If I could get my money back and slept in my car I would have .

Not all it's cracked up to be.
Was very unhappy with conditions of rooms. Chose this hotel for family trip to South Bend because of indoor pool. Pool was not functional. Entire hotel was in very poor condition. Had I not already paid $575 for 2 rooms I would have went somewhere else. Roms were on opposite floors and opposite ends of building. Not great with a toddler and no elevator. Rooms were not very clean. Old dirty furniture for what is advertised as a king suites. Toilet in the one room was loose and did not flush properly. Will not be back.
