We had a great stay at Silver Ridge retreat with our family. Beautiful place, great views, lots of wildlife. Not too far from Cradle Mountain and other sightseeing points. Our teenage boys loved the pool. Lovely hosts. Definitive recommend anyone to stay here.

What a fabulous place to spend a few days. We loved our cabin and the quiet location off the beaten track, with numerous walks to explore, or sit by the lake and watch wildlife. Also a great location to visit Cradle Mountain and Dove Lake, just a short drive away. We would highly recommend this location and hope to return sometime in the future. The owners are also wonderful people. We enjoyed our hike to the old silver mine, but did have a little trouble finding it as we missed the signage--must have been looking the other way and walked straight past the sign....

Amazing property which is peacefully quiet and the views are just wow. Our cabin had the comfiest bed and everything we needed for our stay. My daughter loved the pool and seeing the animals. Would recommend if you would like a laid back place to stay.

Had a great stay at Silver Ridge retreat. It feels very far away from everything and is very peaceful with beautiful surroundings. I especially enjoyed the large green rolling hills with a backdrop of Mt Roland that I could see from my cottage. They were very friendly and helpful, letting me check out a couple hours later my last day when I was a bit unwell.

What a tranquil place! Exactly as in the picture and so much more. John is a excellent host. We did a short walk to the caves which we thoroughly enjoyed for the adventure and mystery. The views all day long are so picturesque. The rooms are comfortable but the bedrooms can get very cold in the night.

Room was nice and clean, but after a long day bush walking you think the spa would be great to soak in. Nooooo rather disgusting when it’s brown water. I know the water is tested, but yuckkkky. Also a few bottles of drinking water would be really nice sitting in the frig.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful and relaxing area, the hosts are so warm and friendly and the grounds are very clean and tidy. The cottages aren't fancy, but they are comfortable and with little children I appreciate that there weren't anything around they could accidentally break. They had a blast in the swimming pool and we all enjoyed the spa bath tremendously. Very relaxing. The silver mine was a bit scary for our littlest, but the older one really enjoyed it. 3 nights were not enough to explore the surrounding area and make use of the facilities so I guess that means we'll have to go back! Thank you again for a great stay.

Website needs updating as the only list activity available was the Silver Mine. Had booked and received confirmation of a Superior Cottage but was allocated a Standard Cottage. Had booked a 2 bedroom but had to 'request' access to the second room as this had been locked off. Bed were great though!
