Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

Found a room here after cancelling an unacceptable room in another business. Night manager was absolutely wonderful. Felt welcome as soon as I walked in. Very nice clean room at a great price. Enjoyed the breakfast bar! One of the best stays we have had and we are old!

I couldn't see the road at night and missed the entrance of the hotel twice. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Always a great stay! Staff is always amazing! We have stayed here consistently for the last 7 years while my son has been in college and living here. We have never had a bad experience. The staff is always helpful and nice. Recommend for short stays when traveling.

The deskclerk on check in was wonderful, the night one was horrible, rude, and straight out needs to be removed! We traveled all day, I am handicapped and was hurting so went done to lobby to find snack so could take pain pill. Breakfast was added to our room fee so took banana and received lecture made to show card and room number and advised I couldn’t come back in hour when opened breakfast as she wasn’t going to refill the food since I couldn’t wait even though I already explained issue to her. I don’t know how hard it is to replace 1 banana. She continued her tyrant as I waited for elevator and almost wished I would have skipped the banana and threw up all over her lobby instead! This was so uncalled for especially when price of room was over 150.00. Being ill didn’t shower or use anything but toilet and one damn banana! While packing checked under bed and beside night stand for items I may have dropped and found gobs of food, pizza, & popcorn! Also boxes and other trash (not small items either which really causes me to question how cleaning is done!) The facility appeared well kept and clean but was later obvious that was just superficial. Bed was not horrible but not comfortable either. Shower faucets dripped all night DRIP DRIP DRIP otherwise quiet and comfortable. Also important to note the breakfast I was charged for and denied other than a banana was pre-made heat and go gas station type stuff therefore clearly easy to see why she was so stressed about replacing one banana!
