Good location just off highway, reasonable prices, plenty parking,hot tub room-221-needs attention (chips on tub surface, ageing discoloration and no knob on control), quiet, room had issue prior (towel under ac unit on floor and a dead bug), breakfast offers hot and cold, fresh fruit, prepackaged muffins, etc ... but not kept clean nor restocked through serving hours...no staff noted even though no milk, cereal and eggs, muffins ran out hour before it ended..beds tall and comfy, large closet and plenty lighting...need phone charger outlets by bed and desk, electrical plugs in base of lamps not usable due to shape of lamp base, neutral gray decor (noting dings and scrapes with sloppy paint technique but some painting and upgrades currently being done), staff not overly welcoming nor note platinum level members, trash outside needs to be addressed

This is an older property that is being renovated. My room had been finished. Everything was new. There were plenty of available USB ports located in the room and WiFi worked fine. A/C worked good. Shower pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was pretty standard with waffles, sausage links, and scrambled eggs.

We enjoy staying at Comfort Inns, and after a nine hour drive from Florida we stopped at this one in Clarksville, Tennesse. It is conveniently located right off the interstate. Our stay was pleasant but fraught with some problems. First, the beds in our assigned room were totally unmade and there was a child's toy on the ground. We were quickly given another room and that was satisfactory. Second, our breakfast the next morning was difficult because the dining area is much too small and the food items constantly ran out. On the positive side, the manager and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, so I would give them a high rating. Overall, this is a comfortable hotel and we will probably come back again in the future, despite the shortcomings that we encountered on this particular trip.

This was good value for one nite, I asked for a particular floor, there was none I was offered an alternate room, they went out of their way to accommodate and step up preparing a room for my needs quickly. Most places give whatever they have and don't care. It was appreciated. The tv remote did not work I only watch one thing and was not an issue. Accomdations were all moderate or above condition / property.

Very comfortable bed and loved the pillows. We slept very well. Room was clean with microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast had eggs waffles biscuits and more. Would stay agai. As front desk was super nice.

This is our second time here. Last year we didn’t plan to stay there but too many traffic jams did not lead us to go go Nashville that night so we stopped here. This time our stop was planned. The room was facing the inside courtyard. Second floor. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was more of a larger buffet. We did eat at the restaurant for dinner there that night. It was like a bar type place. Food was good. One waitress for several people. She was good also. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. A indoor kiddie pool. Indoor hot tub. Also, some hockey type game inside. We would definitely return here again when in the area.

Sheets and towels appeared to be clean but otherwise room and floors were visibly dirty. Wiped up bathroom floor with a towel. Carpet had some kind of crumbs. Hadn’t been vacuumed. Just wanted reasonable place to stop while on the road but didn’t feel at all comfortable.
