I’ve never had such a terrible experience with an hotel I really wish they would refund my money back. With unprofessional people not doing room service they don’t even change bedsheets

No one was present for me to check in and I stood outside for almost 45 minutes before giving up. They are still unavailable and refuse any refund, or at least I haven’t responded to a single request for it. Never stay here.

A good hotel This is a good hotel; clean, conveniently located, comfortable beds, good lighting. It fails mostly with a dark, unattractive lobby, a bad breakfast. There are few amenities but if you just want a place to sleep it is great. It is good value for money.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Bathrooms are equally nice, excellent water pressure. No complaints. Great night's sleep for the price.

I booked this stay for my husband and son on line and when they got there first of all I used the wrong date on line so would not refund or exchange for proper date. My son said it was a good thing because the place was 'inner city ghetto' trash in parking lot and the lobby was questionable. He said they were glad to not have to stay!

The floor in our room was disgusting, it made our socks black. The toilet seat was loose, and there was no plug for a bath for our young children. Other guests were loud super late and starting at aboug 5 am. A lot of traffic noise too. The beds were super uncomfortable and none of us slept very well. Not at all pleasant.
