This is a Jewell in Jeffersonville. My business was in Louisville which is just a ride across a bridge to get to. But Jeffersonville is an ideal place to stay as the town is full of charm, lots of restaurants - hooters, Ruth’s Chris’s & Cast Iron Steakhouse (my favorite). In fact I ate there three nights in a row. But Marriott knows what they are doing and this place is very special with friendly attentive staff, a full breakfast, indoor pool, and comfy mattresses. I even left my iPad and the manager literally moved mountains to help me get it returned. The hotel looks brand new. It’s right next to I65. So getting to the KY Expo center took like ten minutes each day. The breakfast deserves mention as well as the cook who would never let an item run out. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, cereal, and even waffles are possible. That’s worth at least $25 of the room fare in my opinion.

The outdoor security door was broken and did not work. I would hope it is made a priority to fix. Also refrigerator froze all contents even though temperature turned down.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Hotel and room were neat and clean. I felt safe. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but I believe it was wiped out by a big group right before we came down so I am not sure if I had an accurate breakfast experience. Will stay again my next trip to the area!
