Rodeway Inn

If there was a choice to give this hotel zero stars, I would. I stayed here for a few days a couple of months ago, and, other than the fact that the fooor was dirty, my stay was relaxing, and pleasant. This trip….. horrible. The refrigerator had a foul odor, and was filthy. The floor was even dirtier. The door had a gap in it that ran the entire length of the door jam, where the lock is. I covered it with a sheet. There were holes in the wall, above the refrigerator, and I plugged them with pieces of a plastic bag. As a solo female traveler, one can’t be too careful. Aldi, the worst part was what I found under the bed when I lifted the mattress up to turn it over; springs were poking my backside when I sat down. I was actually scared, and it takes a lot to scare me. I will never stay there, again, and I suggest that no solo females stay there, either.

The room and bathroom was not very clean, no ac. The girl working the front desk was very sweet and helpful.

NASTY….Absolutely the worst hotel ever! Nasty, filthy room. Blood on floor, bugs, toilet filthy, ice box and microwave. It was disgusting and the towels were stained. The front desk worker was sitting on a bucket smoking and at one point walked by to clean a room with only windex. There was no breakfast or coffee! Do not stay here, it’s terrible!

The room was missing the blow dryer. The t white towels were stained. And the ice maker that is located outside did not work. No bag was even in the ice bucket nor was there a bag for dirty laundry. There is no coffee maker in the room but the lobby stayed locked so you could not get. In there for coffee nor was there any made. This room cost $82 a night and you can’t even get ice, coffee, or breakfast although ******* advertises as though they have a complimentary breakfast. The bed has uneven lumps as well.

There was never anyone in the office or on premises. We were suppose to get free continental breakfast but the office was always closed. I tried calling but only got voicemail with no one calling back. If there had been an emergency we would have been in trouble. The room was clean but the window of both rooms were broken and when we told staff they didnt seem to care.(The only time we saw staff was when we checked in and that was 30 min after checkin time) I was very dissapointed and think I should get a refund since we had to buy breakfast. the continenal breakfast is the number 1 reason we booked this hotel.

Supposed to have continental breakfast, which I didn't want. However, did want coffee and at 8:30 a.m. was not able to enter lobby. Had to leave without my coffee. I'm not a happy camper!
