This property is uninhabitable! DO NOT STAY HERE. I have filed a complaint with the State of Washington Health department upon arrival there were several customers wanting a refund and complaining. The furniture was torn and old, you could find better furniture on the street with a FREE sign on it! AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OR STY HERE!!!

Woah… walking into the room was torn fake leather off the couch and 2 cubes!!😳😳 the bed was done but looked lumpy and to scary. I was going to ask for another room but another customer told me not to bother because he already checked three other rooms and they were all bad!!!😳

Wow, the couch and ottoman were absolutely ridiculous! The staff was incredibly nice…especially Renee at the front desk…but the room was very aged and lacks modern amenities. Yikes.

Stayed here for daughter’s volleyball tournament. We found our room to be sub par for what you’d expect from a HILTON family hotel. Our couch was a pull out but we never used it because it looked as if it was pick out of the trash outside and completely worn out and falling apart. Barely had any towels on hand as well. The hallways smelled like pee and potpourri at the same time. Just horrible all around. Sheet talking to other family from our team that stayed there we all shared the same experience

Furniture was worn down and there was a bad smell in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft for my taste. I asked for another room but was turned down. I also asked for a late checkout and again turned down due to limited late checkout times. They do have shuttles to the airport at no additional charge.

For the most part it is a nice property, but our room looked like a room of broken furniture. I was shocked and disappointed about the condition of the room when I opened the door. We had just arrived from a 3 hour drive from the coast of Oregon. We opened the door to a couch which was made of fake leather and the arms had been stripped by someone and the ottomans in front of it looked like something that you would throw away (tattered and torn) and the lamp was falling apart. The furniture in the room wasn’t even set up right. It looked like they put us in the only room they had left and it was the maintenance room. We were too tired to complain. We were very disappointed with the condition of our room. The bed was fine, but there was no way we were going to use the couch. The material on the couch was pealing off all over. When this was mentioned to the front desk, they offered to change our room but couldn’t guarantee the furnishings were any better. They offered a blanket to cover the couch. Apparently they are remodeling the rooms. This left us with one chair to use while in the room. Definitely not what we expected at a Hilton line hotel. We ended up not changing rooms, that’s just a hassle and it was late. We won’t be staying here again.

It was not what was offered when being booked. The pool was out of service, the furniture in the rooms was severely beat up and run down, the toilet in the bathroom was rocking because it was not sealed well and the elevator quit working forcing my family and I many trips up and down the stairs with heavy luggage. I feel for anyone who may have a disability and having to stay at this double tree location. I initially asked for a little money off our stay but I feel it should be more. The hotel is also going through extreme renovations and it should be noted on their booking through *******. One of the worst stays I’ve had in a very long time. I would have never thought staying at a Double Tree would be this bad!

The check in person was delightful but there was a $30 additional charge so the price listed isn’t the price which is pretty scammy. The bed was ok and the couch in my room literally looked like it came from a frat house basement.
