The hotel is fine. There are breakfast and happy hours in the afternoon, although relatively simple, there are a few hot dishes. The set is a two-bedroom suite, which is convenient for children. The room has an oven and cutlery, and a dishwasher can be used for small dishes. Get away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. There is no charge for parking. House prices are small, and usually more expensive than a five-star hotel with a casino. However, this hotel does not charge any resort fees.

I work in television production, and I'm responsible for my crew's accommodations while on the road. I'm beyond impressed with the Homewood Suites by Hilton Henderson. It's very rare to say that, but in this case, they have bent over backward to help us secure what we need for our shoot. Porsha, in the sales department, could not be more pleasant or professional. Some time ago we purchased a four night, five day ”update selling package” from The Elara from Hilton. I had to travel alone because my wife has been doctoring for what was believed to be a pinched nerve in her back. She was unable to walk without pain, and the doctors suggested it would be better if she didn't travel. I arrived in Vegas about 8:45 am, and got to the Elara at 9:15 am. Check in time is 4:00 pm, but luckily enough they had a One bedroom room open for me. Best check in experience we have ever had at that facility. I thought it was going to be a great time in Vegas. I had scheduled a time for a timeshare presentation at 10:30 am on Friday. Since I was alone, I went in on Thursday as asked if I could move it up to 8:30 am which they did. I was given a lanyard with a card on it, and was told there would be a group meeting at 8:30. I went to the meeting with about 20 other people. It lasted about 10 minutes, then salespeople went around and took the couples to a private meeting. I was the last one selected, and they asked me where my wife was. I told them of her health issues, and that she was unable to travel. I was told by the receptionist that I could not take the ”review meeting” since my wife was not with me. I told them of her health issues and after a few more minutes she came back and told me that it was illegal in the state of Nevada to allow me a solo meeting. Then the gal told me that she couldn't reach the sales manager, but he would call me soon. I said ”are you certain he will call me?” and she said oh yes, he always returns calls, and you will hear from him for certain before the end of the day. That never happened. In late afternoon I starting calling to find out what was going on. No one ever answered the phone. I called many times from Friday through Sunday and no one ever answered the phone or returned my call. They were not open Saturday or Sunday, I later found out. Starting another round of calls Monday, after I had already moved to a different, Embassy Suites Hotel also in Las Vegas. I bet I talked to 3 or 4 more people and finally I got to talk to a helpful person, name of Rose Marie. She told me that since I didn't listen to the timeshare presentation I had to pay $752.78 for my 4 night stay, less the $247.78 I had prepaid for the 4 day package. I told Rose Marie that I would not pay that price because if the sales manager would have called me back on Friday as I had been promised he would do, I would have been out of that room about 15 minutes after he called me, and moved to a more reasonable hotel. Rose Marie went back to her manager a few times, and I got the extra charge for the rental cut in half. $252.50 was the new amount that I had to pay. Better than double that price, but still 100% unreasonable based on what I had paid for the 4 day package. I thanked Rose Marie many times for doing a job that I was sorry she had to perform. Opposite the hotel is an IN OUT, the best burger restaurant, none of them. The overall ring mirror of the hotel is quiet and warm, unlike other casino hotels. The quilt cover material is very skin-friendly and soft, suitable for travel, and cost-effective.

My sisters and I met in Las Vegas for weekend and stayed at the Strat. We booked 2 rooms. My sister checked in at Kiosk and it was pretty easy. The kiosk wouldn’t take my AZ ID so I went to check in desk. Which was pretty quick I also received free 2 tickets to the Tower Deck. I gave to my other sisters since I’m scared of heights. When we got to our rooms my sister was on 4th floor and her room wasn’t too clean. Makeup on the sheets and towels. My room 5th floor was clean on the other hand. We just didn’t have many towels. Since we both worked housekeeping at Hilton we know how things go. We are at all the restaurants which was amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t see any shows we had other plans on our itinerary this trip. The Strat was very accommodating. The pool was a long walk down the 8th floor hall but the pool social was a vibe. Very clean. Sunny. Service was amazing as well.

I had an awesome experience while staying at Sonesta Simply Suites, the staff was very helpful, friendly, pleasant and professional. The hotel is safe and clean. I would stay at Sonesta Simply Suites again. The hotel is equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator. They are also located in other states and other countries outside of America as well.

We went to the restaurant at the ****** for the prime rib special. For $13.95 we weren’t really expecting a lot. Well we were very surprised. It was a nice serving and seasoned just right. Our orders came in a reasonable time and everything was as we ordered it. The staff was friendly , courteous and attentive. Restaurant was old, but clean and it smelled fine - not smokey. We will definitely go back.

It is a pure hotel building, there is no ***, so it is very quiet. The farthest south hall from the convention center is only a 10-minute walk. It's a 10-minute taxi ride and a 20-minute walk from the ***** center. 15 minutes drive from the airport. Breakfast has fixed varieties every day. Scrambled eggs sausage bread milk cereal fruit. It is a very suitable hotel for business travel, but the only terrible thing is that it can't even connect to the wifi😅, and the hotel staff can't connect to various operations... a fly in the ointment!

There is no free breakfast, except for boiled water, all of which can only be paid for by themselves. The parking lot does not seem to be free because we did not rent a car and did not book before we arrived in Las Vegas. Finally, we found that the price was not worth the price compared to the environment. Far worse than I expected.
