The hotel is fine. There are breakfast and happy hours in the afternoon, although relatively simple, there are a few hot dishes. The set is a two-bedroom suite, which is convenient for children. The room has an oven and cutlery, and a dishwasher can be used for small dishes. Get away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. There is no charge for parking. House prices are small, and usually more expensive than a five-star hotel with a casino. However, this hotel does not charge any resort fees.

This is a very late review. I stayed here in March 2020, pre Covid. I love Henderson hotels for the safe neighborhood and no smoke unlike the hotels on Vegas Strip. My go to was always TownePlace Suites, their sister property in the same area. SpringHill did not disappoint. Perfect coffee, large rooms, great breakfast buffet. I am torn on which one to choose if I visit Vegas again. Cannot go wrong with either.

Some time ago we purchased a four night, five day ”update selling package” from The Elara from Hilton. I had to travel alone because my wife has been doctoring for what was believed to be a pinched nerve in her back. She was unable to walk without pain, and the doctors suggested it would be better if she didn't travel. I arrived in Vegas about 8:45 am, and got to the Elara at 9:15 am. Check in time is 4:00 pm, but luckily enough they had a One bedroom room open for me. Best check in experience we have ever had at that facility. I thought it was going to be a great time in Vegas. I had scheduled a time for a timeshare presentation at 10:30 am on Friday. Since I was alone, I went in on Thursday as asked if I could move it up to 8:30 am which they did. I was given a lanyard with a card on it, and was told there would be a group meeting at 8:30. I went to the meeting with about 20 other people. It lasted about 10 minutes, then salespeople went around and took the couples to a private meeting. I was the last one selected, and they asked me where my wife was. I told them of her health issues, and that she was unable to travel. I was told by the receptionist that I could not take the ”review meeting” since my wife was not with me. I told them of her health issues and after a few more minutes she came back and told me that it was illegal in the state of Nevada to allow me a solo meeting. Then the gal told me that she couldn't reach the sales manager, but he would call me soon. I said ”are you certain he will call me?” and she said oh yes, he always returns calls, and you will hear from him for certain before the end of the day. That never happened. In late afternoon I starting calling to find out what was going on. No one ever answered the phone. I called many times from Friday through Sunday and no one ever answered the phone or returned my call. They were not open Saturday or Sunday, I later found out. Starting another round of calls Monday, after I had already moved to a different, Embassy Suites Hotel also in Las Vegas. I bet I talked to 3 or 4 more people and finally I got to talk to a helpful person, name of Rose Marie. She told me that since I didn't listen to the timeshare presentation I had to pay $752.78 for my 4 night stay, less the $247.78 I had prepaid for the 4 day package. I told Rose Marie that I would not pay that price because if the sales manager would have called me back on Friday as I had been promised he would do, I would have been out of that room about 15 minutes after he called me, and moved to a more reasonable hotel. Rose Marie went back to her manager a few times, and I got the extra charge for the rental cut in half. $252.50 was the new amount that I had to pay. Better than double that price, but still 100% unreasonable based on what I had paid for the 4 day package. I thanked Rose Marie many times for doing a job that I was sorry she had to perform. Opposite the hotel is an IN OUT, the best burger restaurant, none of them. The overall ring mirror of the hotel is quiet and warm, unlike other casino hotels. The quilt cover material is very skin-friendly and soft, suitable for travel, and cost-effective.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The STRAT Hotel, ****** & Tower, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant atmosphere and the iconic setting. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, setting the stage for a fantastic stay. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views of the Las Vegas skyline. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge after a day of exploring the *****. The room’s amenities, including the large flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi, added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the incredible range of dining options available at The STRAT. Whether I was in the mood for a quick bite or a gourmet meal, there was something to satisfy every craving. The STRAT Café offered delicious, well-prepared meals, and the Top of the World restaurant provided an unparalleled dining experience with 360-degree views of Las Vegas. The ****** was lively and full of energy, offering a wide variety of games and slots to keep me entertained for hours. The hotel’s entertainment options were also top-notch, with great shows and attractions that added to the excitement of my stay. Of course, the absolute highlight was the SkyPod and the thrilling rides at the top of the tower. The views from the observation deck were simply stunning, and the adrenaline-pumping rides were an experience I’ll never forget! Overall, my stay at The STRAT Hotel, ****** & Tower was everything I could have hoped for and more. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, exciting entertainment, and world-class views made for an incredible Las Vegas experience. I highly recommend The STRAT to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Las Vegas, and I can’t wait to return!

I had a bad experience at the hotel I stayed in the night before, and I was so anxious to check in here as quickly as possible to erase the previous night's memory as quickly as possible. Check in doesn't start until 3, BUT if a room is ready, they will let you check in. I had something to do that say until late and was praying they'd let me in so I can unload all my stuff. Around noon, Valda as able to check me in as soon as a room was ready and I was extremely grateful. She also called me by name whenever she saw me. That was nice. The room was very nice, roomy, clean, and I love the kitchen. They have full size fridge, microwave, and hot surface (note: you have to start the timer on the wall to use the hot surface). There's PLENTY of shelves, drawers, closet space, etc. There is plenty of parking around the hotel, and they give you a tag to hang on your review mirror for the length of your stay. What I loved about this hotel was even on the weekends, it was very quiet. So if you're looking for that loud, crazy gaming hotel, this isn't it. But if you're looking for a comfy quiet sanctuary away from all that, this is it. They only gave me 2 large towels and if you want more you have to go downstairs and exchange them for new ones. But this is a great place that's close enough to the action, yet far enough to have some peace and quiet. I LOVED staying here and would love to again.

I'm in between homes right now and needed a place to stay for a few weeks while I got things together. I was first booked in the bottom floor room, which was perfectly adequate, cozy and very clean. However they were in the midst of construction outside and it really messed with me for a day. The next day, I asked Josue how long it would go on for. About an hour later he offered me the nicer room at the same price which was on the floor above so I wouldn't have to deal with the noise. The room above is bigger, very comfortable, very clean and had a restful stay while I was there from that moment on. Everything is very clean there and I tip my hat to them for that. It's not a motel proper, but a house that's been converted to receive guests. Electronic locks everywhere, so I felt very secure. The showers even have complimentary soap and shampoo from a dispenser. Individual climate control for the rooms. The area is a bit seedy, but their prices are the lowest in town to reflect the location. The immediate surroundings of the motel itself are just regular families who mind their own business. I stayed there for 3 weeks had no issues. I'd recommend it and Josue is honest and easy to talk to and he will take the extra step to accommodate you.

This is a very traveler friendly hotel. The front desk is welcoming and is there to make your stay the best that they are abel too. Pet friendly, but if you have a pet please pickup after it. There is an on-site restaurant and ******. The ****** bar has live music several days a week and dancing too. The restaurant has a great breakfast special and there is daily dinner specials.

At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk person. She was quick but genuinely friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious, a suite with a seperate bedroom, living area, dressing area, bathroom, and wet bar. There were two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. I had a View of the Las Vegas *****. Marriott typically has excellent beds, and this king-size bed was no exception. The bed was clean and well-made, and I slept great. The room was quiet and cozy at night. The room is excellent for working in. There is a friendly desk with ample space and a comfy chair. There’s a lack of modern charger outlets, but there were plenty of standard power outlets. The room is due for a refresh, and the TVs are small and outdated. The shower worked well, it was easy to adjust the water temperature, and it stayed consistent. They provided me with a few complimentary bottles of water, which I kept in the small fridge beneath the wet bar. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner were fine, but the body wash had an odd scent. I used the bar soap instead. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels. The lobby was comfortable, and it looks like it has been recently updated. The lobby bar was popular in the evening, and the bartender was very attentive and gave excellent service. I didn’t have any food, but I did have a round of drinks each night of my stay. I would rate the Las Vegas Marriott five stars except for the small TVs in the room and the location. It’s an excellent location for folks attending a conference, but it’s a bit of a hike if you want to grab a quick bite or a coffee. The Curb app worked great here for getting a cab; it’s just that I always needed a taxi to get to The ***** resorts. All in all, I could stay here again, although it isn’t always the best location for me.
