Only 20 minutes from downtown Louisville this is a great spot if you are visiting for Derby, the Bourbon-Trail, concerts, sporting events, family reunions, work events, and so much more! Large open floor plan and a large fully finished basement with a full bar that opens up to the pool. There is a grill, large flat screen TV's, a hot tub, stocked kitchen, and plenty of space to relax and spread out.
The pool will be closed between the middle of October and the middle of April. Please ask about opening the pool for any dates outside of this range. Weather permitting and additional seasonal pricing will determine pool availability. Lovely home with great amenities
Beautiful, quiet location with great outdoor spaces to enjoy, reasonable kitchen equipment, lovely pool and spa. Dustin was very helpful and accommodating. Place was easy to find. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Family weekend
Property was exactly as shown. Great location, easy to get to. Beautiful home, we enjoyed the pool which was clean & easy to manage. Loved having a gas grill & not having to mess with charcoal. Bathrooms were clean & updated, comfortable beds. Overall an enjoyable stay. Thank you

Golf and Bourbon
Had a guys weekend golfing and bourbon tasting. perfect place to relax each evening. house is awesome and not too far from most places you want to go. i strongly recommend Starlight Distillery for bourbon and entertainment for an afternoon.

AMAZING PROPERTY!
The home is huge and beautiful and so private, yet we felt so close to groceries and restaurants (because we were)! The house was clean, the pool was so great, and Dustin was so kind and responsive- this is a can’t miss!
