Steep stairs to front door. Could not get my suitcase in the unit. There was a couple trying to use the entry code they were given ahead of me. We both had to call to get our codes reissued. Room was stark, grubby looking towels, tv was not working, no wifi bathroom sink did not drain properly. The next day when I complained I was told "No hotel is perfect". When I went to take a nap there was a silverfish in my sheets. I packed up on that day and left. I lost a lot of money doing so but couldn't stay under those conditions. No apology or reimbursement was offered. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Being able to do laundry was a bonus. If you don't mind sharing a kitchen or having the kitchen noise next to your bedroom then you'd be fine here. Kitchen Gave only 4/5 because the area seemed a little sketchy
