"The hotel environment is very good, with flowers and plants everywhere, good greening, and traditional American decoration. The parking lot is large and there are many entrances and exits to the hotel, making it convenient to return to your room after parking. The room size is real, the photos are real, the waiter has a warm smile, like it 👍. There are two shortcomings: 1. The water pressure of the bathroom shower is low and it is clogged and sprays randomly. 2. The ventilation is not good. The smell near the refrigerator in the room has not gone away for ten days since I moved in."

"This time I came to Claremont City in Los Angeles and stayed at motel6 motel here. Overall it's ok. Let me talk about the advantages first: cheap price, convenient booking, spacious room, clean and tidy. There are many parking spaces, free. There is also a swimming pool. Of course, compared with China, there are many unsatisfactory places. The most important thing is that the room is not cleaned every day, so the garbage is poured by yourself. After the towels and bath towels are used, I have not taken the initiative to change them, but I have asked the customer service for them. No shower gel, soap, and you have to ask for it yourself. I didn't find the shampoo, and we asked the front desk for it. Of course, the front desk was good and basically needed it. Toiletries should be brought by yourself, this seems to be the same in the United States. The location of the hotel is good, there are McDonald's, Starbucks around... It is convenient to eat. So I think it's OK"

"It turned out that the order was booked for one night less and could not be refunded. However, because placing a new order for one more day was cheaper than booking another night alone, Ctrip customer service and hotel customer service were very helpful. After communication, the original order was refunded. I will order again after purchasing. The hotel facilities and price-performance ratio are also good. I will stay here again if necessary."
