Why stay in an hotel when you can stay here. It is very well appointed, quiet, clean and has a great view of Table Mountain. Roz is a lovely hostess who cannot do enough for her guests.

I spent 18 nights at this lovely bed and breakfast in December '24/January '25. A close family member had the adjoining room for part of that time. Other family members who came to visit were made to feel very welcome. I had an upstairs room, with a stunning view of the mountain from the large balcony. The property itself was very well maintained, clean, safe and beautiful. The garden was lovely and well-kept. I was very well taken care of by Graham, Thandi and Ros. The breakfasts were delicious and carefully prepared. Small acts of kindness added to the experience (occasional lifts offered to a nearby shopping center, recommendations for local restaurants and even a local ceramicist, help with my luggage, courtesies extended to my own guests, late check out on the day of my flight home and more). I would very highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful, relaxing place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Thirty on Grace. Both Graham and Ros were so warm and hospitable, we felt immediately at home. We stayed in the garden room with a private entrance and it was a joy to wake up to the beauty of greenery through our french doors every morning. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable and I enjoyed strolling morning and evening. Breakfast pool-side with views of Ros's lovingly manicured desert garden and Table Mountain in the distance was soul-nourishing. Thank you! We look forward to returning!

Entering Thirty on Grace you are immediately struck by the wonderful openness and homely feel of the house with its wonderful pool and garden. Ros is a fabulous host and cares for you without being intrusive and makes sure your every need is taken care off. Loved the honesty bar and wonderful coffee machine. The rooms are large and luxuriously furnished. It’s definitely a hotel I will come back to again.

We recently stayed for 3 days at Thirty on Grace with Roz. She is such a wonderful host, nothing is too much trouble. We felt safe and the car securely parked in the garage. The guesthouse is beautifully decorated, our room was spacious with en-suite bath and shower, and it had it's own veranda area. Roz made breakfast for us and also shared her knowledge of the restaurants to go eat at. We had a lovely 3 days relaxing by the fire place reading our books and recharging our batteries.

Thirty on Grace was a magnificent experience.Ros was a superb host & her attention to us as guests couldnt have been better.We were a family group of 4 each with our own rooms.The rooms were beautifully designed & there is attention to detail of the highest international standards.The breakfast was a real treat every morning - also the morning welcome we received from Ros really made our day. It was a wonderful experience way beyond our expectations.We will be returning & highly recommend Thirty on Grace for the discerning traveller looking for an outstanding home away from home with ambience,service,quality of rooms and facilities comparable with any top international guest house. Thanks Ros for a wonderful holiday experience for myself & family.

I had an awesome weekend spending my time at this accomodation.Ross was friendly and accomodating.She also put my mind at ease.She even drove me and the other guest staying to the where we needed to go.Also the breakfast was scrumptious. Thanks again
