The room is clean and has strong hot water.
The breakfast is not very varied, but it is enough.
The location is a bit remote. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to Metro Line 12, and it is up and downhill. There is a large supermarket nearby.
Overall, I am satisfied with it and there are no major shortcomings.

The room is clean and the environment is nice. I was overcharged for city tax when I arrived, but luckily I asked the front desk for a receipt and marked it. I found the problem when I reconciled the account and the price difference was refunded after communicating with customer service. There are few types of breakfast, but there is freshly squeezed orange juice.

Ther service at this hotel is 10/10, special thanks to Rafi and Adonis they really went above and beyond. The hotel has the perfect setup and is in a very good location. The breakfast was really nice, with a wide variety that caters for both kids and adults. The rooms were perfectly sized with all the amenities a family would want. Will definitely be coming back.

Excellent hotel. Smart, clean, quiet (at end of cul de sac). Secure parking for 20EUR day, decent breakfast included. Main concern was the transport to central Paris and this was incredibly easy, 2 or 3 Min walk + 6 mins on the train to Montparnasse with trains leaving every 15 mins. Montparnasse is a fun area too, things to do and lots of bars / restaurants. Friendly staff
