Victoria Villa Guesthouse

Stayed at our favourite guesthouse in Clacton on sea for the weekend. And as expected we had a lovely time this guesthouse is the best we’ve found The rooms are lovely and clean bed very comfortable with crisp white bed linen And the most delicious breakfast all cooked fresh and the best selection great value for money and made all the better because of the wonderful hosts Karen and Kevin who are simply the best nothing too much trouble for this lovely pair wouldn’t dream of staying elsewhere highly recommended thank you for another great stay

Once again we returned to Victoria Villa for a weeks break . Both Kevin and Karen couldn’t be more friendlier ( and Katie the dog ) if they tried . They’re so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay a happy one . The room was clean and fresh with a comfortable bed . Breakfast was perfectly cooked by Kevin . Would recommend this guest house to everyone. We’ll definitely be back again .

What a lovely B&B it's like a home away from home. The rooms are spotless and the beds are super comfortable. Have very much enjoyed our stay. Nothing was to much trouble for Kevin and Karen and their lovely dog Katie. We will definitely be returning here for another stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience 😀

This was the third time we had stayed at this delightful Guesthouse. The hosts Kevin and Karen (not forgetting Katie the dog) are very friendly and welcoming. Our room, each time, has always been very clean and comfortable, and we have been lucky to get a room with a sea view. Breakfast, which was delicious, is ordered the previous day and there is a good selection. I am gluten and dairy intolerant and was pleased to see that Gluten free bread and sausages are available and also soya milk. The Guest House is about a fifteen minute walk from the Princess Theatre in one direction and less than ten minutes walk to the Pier/beach and Town centre in the other. We will definitely be going back.

Greeted by friendly host and shown to our room which was spotless with a nice comfy bed.The breakfast next morning was delicious and large portions.Would recommend to anyone for a stay when in Clacton.

Great weekend, Karen and Kieth are brilliant hosts and no one could fault Keith’s breakfast. very generous portions and cooked lovely . Nothing was too much trouble very helpful with parking and mobility scooter storage lovely clean rooms will definitely return
