Hotel was very handily situated in the town centre , clean with tea/coffee making facilities and had parking opposite (which is extra). The seagullls where very noisy .

Location was great for all amenities
Staff were friendly and helpful
Rooms are so stuffy it was hot and unpleasant to sleep windows only open 2 inches and the fans did very little to cool the room! Probably won’t use travelodhe again because it was so uncomfortable in the heat

Did not enjoy my stay here at all. You walk into a building that smells like drains, with a not so welcoming greeting by the receptionist. I wouldn't reccoment this hotel to anyone as I did not feel safe here and the room was not clean. Only positive thing I would say is it is close to seafront amenities.

Hotel was clean, but after waiting at reception for 5 minutes with no bell available, the team finally realised i was there waiting. Was told parking is £10 across the road, or Free parking 15 mins walk away while it was raining. I was then given my room, to find there is no plugs near the bed, which is not good when you have a CPAP machine. A blinking light outside all night long, and Random people trying to get into your room at 10:20pm while family including kids are sleeping. not a pleasant stay, and will probably use the premier inn instead.

Staff went above and beyond Danielle and her mum was so lovey and hopefully Danielle's mum was amazing on the night I was outside and a person was being crazy towards me thank you again

I couldn't fault anything. I was staying for a couple of nights to see family. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff were excellent - not that I had any issues - just efficient, helpful and friendly.

Great hotel in a great location right in clacton town centre the hotel is also dog friendly all breeds and sizes are welcome I have two dogs of my own and love coming to this hotel great staff and very friendly and always there to help this hotel loves seeing my.dogs
