We stayed here a few times when it was a Days Inn and sometimes it was good and sometimes it was awful. The hotel has been totally remodelled, the rooms were spotless on our arrival, beds were comfortable, and the customer service was excellent. We always saw someone at the front desk no matter when we came in. We were there for three nights, but we didn't test out the breakfast that was included since we were visiting family.

This hotel needs a new manager and honest policies. They twice have tried to charge me an extra $175 simply because the Manager Michelle was having a PMS day. The first time I was assured it was an error on their part, the second time was because she didn’t like being questioned after making a huge scene in the lobby when she saw my puppy. I was never hiding the puppy and it was with me when I checked in. I even called ahead to make sure it was ok to bring my puppy. Every employee I worked with saw my puppy and said nothing about her other than how cute she is. Michelle however went out of her way to try to embarrass both me and my boyfriend in the lobby while several guests were having breakfast. Then tried telling me there is a $250 deposit for dogs. I asked another employee and was told that the most anyone should ever be charged is $150 and that is only if you pay cash, otherwise it is $75. This manager thinks she can make the rules on the fly and charge people $250 for no reason other than her own PMS and or bad day. There is not one place that references no puppies allowed

Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room with good shower and nothing broken. Laminate wood floors throughout hotel so no dirty, smelly, germ-infested carpets! Small outdoor pool, and a parking garage. Conveniently located just off the Interstate Highway and on a main road near many restaurants and businesses. I would definitely stay there again.

While the wait staff, bar tenders, and other employees were fine - the front desk was staffed by people who hated life and their jobs. Made reservation for two rooms, they tried to bait and switch for almost 3x more money. when i showed them their confirmation number, combative employee told me I ”had to take it up with expedia”. Linda, who at least tried to be helpful but clearly was at the bottom of the ladder, called Debora Runnion-Jessup - who literally could be replaced with a magic 8 ball. Debora couldn't be bothered to understand the problem or devise a simple solution - nope, just easier to be a crank and say no. So I canceled all my future bookings - they could have rented me out a ”larger” room at the price they collected, would have cost them a room cleaning. Instead it cost them 2 rooms for the following 3 days. With unemployment this high, having a wretched crank who is ”not paid to think” is astonishing. whoever is running the restaurant side of that business, needs to replace whoever is rage sleeping behind the wheel of the front desk management. When your job could literally be done by a post it note, it is time to replace the burnt out light bulb that you're calling a manager.
