Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room with good shower and nothing broken. Laminate wood floors throughout hotel so no dirty, smelly, germ-infested carpets! Small outdoor pool, and a parking garage. Conveniently located just off the Interstate Highway and on a main road near many restaurants and businesses. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here on the off chance on a very stormy night. The gentleman on the front desk went out of his way to find me a good rate and researched my Hilton Honors membership as I knew I held one. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very modern. There was a bathtub in the bathroom and a hot tub on thet promises. Breakfast is provided and, whilst this is simple, it is quite adequate. This was. Really nice stay and the room was very comfortable and to a high standard. Internet access was good,

While the wait staff, bar tenders, and other employees were fine - the front desk was staffed by people who hated life and their jobs. Made reservation for two rooms, they tried to bait and switch for almost 3x more money. when i showed them their confirmation number, combative employee told me I ”had to take it up with expedia”. Linda, who at least tried to be helpful but clearly was at the bottom of the ladder, called Debora Runnion-Jessup - who literally could be replaced with a magic 8 ball. Debora couldn't be bothered to understand the problem or devise a simple solution - nope, just easier to be a crank and say no. So I canceled all my future bookings - they could have rented me out a ”larger” room at the price they collected, would have cost them a room cleaning. Instead it cost them 2 rooms for the following 3 days. With unemployment this high, having a wretched crank who is ”not paid to think” is astonishing. whoever is running the restaurant side of that business, needs to replace whoever is rage sleeping behind the wheel of the front desk management. When your job could literally be done by a post it note, it is time to replace the burnt out light bulb that you're calling a manager.

We were in Portland visiting our daughters, and booked a downtown hotel for the stay. It was frightful. Cars broken into everyday, no maid service, although it had Spa in the name, no spa, filthy rooms I was ready to give up on ever finding great Customer service again. It doesn’t matter the nightly rates, whether it was a $400.00 resort or a 100 dollar one, CS is missing all over the US. . Well that’s all in the past. THE EMPLOYEES AND OWNER need to be commended at the Hilton. At every point of our stay, (after checking out of the frightful hotel) the employees not only were there to help but the hotel is spotless. From Kiara at the front desk, to our helpful waitress at breakfast Sarah, to the fantastic bartender. THIS HOTEL has not used the pandemic to lower their standards, they in fact set the bar for all hotels. Take care of your employees so they in turn want to take care of your guests and property. AWESOME!

This hotel is located in the mountains. It is very clean, but the air conditioner is very noisy. We turned off the air conditioner when we arrived at the hotel, and the temperature was still moderate. The breakfast the next day was also OK. The location is worse than the hotel 200 meters away.

GGuest UserAll I wanted was a hot bath , I have a bad back. They said I could get new room. That wasn't possible it was everything I could do to get myself to that room. I was staying 2 nights asked for discount on room or a free nights stay or extra points because I'm a member. I never heard back no discount they took my name and number said someone would call me back no one called. Bad customer service very disappointed! Have always had a good experience I have been a member for 15 years, one time 10 years ago there was dog hair in a bed, on the spot they gave me a free room and moved me to a new room, no question that was good customer service! I will never stay at Wilsonville they have no customer service and had to make all kinds of calls to get an answer, whats the problem, and would have to get back to me, I guess they called once and that was it and charged me more for the second night than the first night. No customer service at all! The guest should be taken care of and ask the customer what would make them happy the stay worth while and give it to them. You can make a customer for life or loose them, if its money they worry about, making a customer for life will make you more money. I will never stay at Wilsonville again! There should have been no question, still haven't heard back from them lol...

GGuest UserOur Mother’s day weekend was totally ruined! Don't bother with this place. It used to be just ok, but now?? Rundown, front desk people don't even know what rooms they have or their locations. We had stayed in this motel many times over the last 8 years. The place used to have regular employees that you knew by site and they remembered your name. Their website wasn't working on the day I was making the reservation and when I called directly to the motel, the front desk guy said he was super busy and that to go to reservations.com since their website wasn’t working and he had a bunch of people at the front desk and didn’t have time to help me. I was directed to a 3rd party ( Reservations.com) Which charged me $20 just to make a reservation, which I had no clue of until I checked my bank account! NEVER use Reservations.com!! I called directly to the hotel to verify the room I reserved for 2 nights, because the email I received from Reservations.com wasn't the correct one, the front desk guy assured me they would fix it. I needed the King, extra floor space room on the first the first floor as I'm handicapped and can't walk very far, so needed to be close to the lobby/front doors. I called again a couple days later to reassure myself that they had the reservation right. Well, no it wasn’t right, they had my reservation totally messed up! I was assured that I would now be put into a double Q L shaped room., (which has a little side bedroom with it's own Q and TV, etc. ) What happened to REGULAR EMPLOYEES???? When we arrived, the front desk people obviously didn't know their ass from a hole in the ground, couldn't figure out which room we were supposed to have, couldn't find the reservation in their system, couldn't find the room I reserved, neither the extra room King room I originally reserved, or the double Q L shaped room. I explained that the day I was trying to reserve the room that their own website was malfunctioning and I couldn’t make the reservation thru their own website. The brunette girl with the big fake eyelashes agreed and said management was aware of the problem. I again explained that I was handicapped and they had assured me the double Q L shaped room was available. I asked if the Sauna was now working and they assured me it was(for my husband). They said that my payment would be less than the original amount thru Reservations.com. My husband finally schlepps all our stuff to our room (couldn’t find a cart anywhere) and I follow up in the elevator and then realize I have to walk hundreds of feet down the hall to get to our room which was clear to the south end of the building. I have severe breathing issues and just about didn't make it. We get inside and realize it's just a regular 2 Q bedroom, no L shape, way far away from the elevator, the smell from the cleaning solvents just about gagged us both. We realized the heater was on, turned it way down, opened the window (it only opens a crack for safety purposes) the window

KKardog111We stayed here a few times when it was a Days Inn and sometimes it was good and sometimes it was awful. The hotel has been totally remodelled, the rooms were spotless on our arrival, beds were comfortable, and the customer service was excellent. We always saw someone at the front desk no matter when we came in. We were there for three nights, but we didn't test out the breakfast that was included since we were visiting family.

GGuest UserThis hotel needs a new manager and honest policies. They twice have tried to charge me an extra $175 simply because the Manager Michelle was having a PMS day. The first time I was assured it was an error on their part, the second time was because she didn’t like being questioned after making a huge scene in the lobby when she saw my puppy. I was never hiding the puppy and it was with me when I checked in. I even called ahead to make sure it was ok to bring my puppy. Every employee I worked with saw my puppy and said nothing about her other than how cute she is. Michelle however went out of her way to try to embarrass both me and my boyfriend in the lobby while several guests were having breakfast. Then tried telling me there is a $250 deposit for dogs. I asked another employee and was told that the most anyone should ever be charged is $150 and that is only if you pay cash, otherwise it is $75. This manager thinks she can make the rules on the fly and charge people $250 for no reason other than her own PMS and or bad day. There is not one place that references no puppies allowed
