The service and the room was absolutely stunning. Because of COVID the air conditioning was turned off, but the front desk offered us a fan and brought it to our room immediately, which made a HUGE difference. Even the cleaning staff was polite and friendly! The breakfast was a little disappointing, all the basics was all there, but didn't have that little extra when it comes to western food. Then view from our lake view room was stunning, but the river boats on the lake was noisy and we had to listen to what could've been a car alarm, but was part of the attraction of the river boats all day. All in all, I would go there again. and would recommend it to anyone that knows how to have breakfast delivered to them from another restaurant or shop

Originally, this trip was planned to go to Yixing, and Yixing could not book a satisfactory non-smoking room. Then I changed to Changzhou. I don't necessarily drive home for a few more hours. just OK. . . Afterwards, chatting with the cleaning lady, the floor I live on is indeed a non-smoking floor, but the guests smoke is not controlled, in fact, they can smoke. And there is an ashtray in the room. . . I am drunk too. I just want to say that the prohibition of smoking in the hotel really cannot be faked. How can this be faked? I came to the store to eat noodles. No matter how delicious the wontons you give me, it's not what I want, right? ! In fact, in addition to this, other aspects are really okay. But it really feels a bit bad for me. Because my hotel room is non-smoking, I chose to come to Cixi. . . This is the first time in my life to come to Cixi, and it may be the last time.
