Rooms were hot, hot HOT!! I wish they’d put a window in or something to stop us from propping the corridor door open at night. We paid for the room which gives access to the lounge. Lounge had great food and drinks of the first night - I wa impressed. They then closed the lounge on our second night and opted to give us a takeaway box which was no where near the value of paying for the executive room. Luckily, the hotel agreed to give us a refund for our remaining nights and we went to a different hotel. I think in Normal times - when covid is well and truly finished - this hotel would get a revisit. Staff were friendly and like I said, lounge served some good food.

This hotel was situated in CiXi technology zone many kilometres from Ningbo. We were advised when we got there that it was not an ideal couples hotel as they cater mainly for travel groups. We stayed one night then booked another hotel within the downtown of Ningbo. This hotel was very nice and if it was more conveniently located would be a popular destination.

I took my children to Cixi to play. After arriving at the hotel, the whole hotel environment is not bad, and the children also like it very much. The waiter named Chen Hong at the front desk of the registration room upgraded our room for free. The buffet service in the morning is also very thoughtful.
