房間寬敞，設施較齊全，衞生乾淨。早餐比較豐盛，中晚餐也可預訂在一樓餐廳裏吃，味道可口。門前有一條小河，河邊種植花木和果樹。民宿在鎮北路盡頭，離G15高速掌起出入口僅幾公里之遙。鎮北路上有一個農貿市場，行人車輛較多，傍晚時分需讓行。民宿有一座單獨的院子和一扇大門，院內可停七八輛車。離達蓬山旅遊區大概十幾分鍾車程，距九龍湖旅遊區27分鐘車程，到保國寺（走高速）大約40分鐘車程。
