雖然我們定的是普通的啊人比較多但是啊被子不乾淨 刮鬍刀不是一次性的還要花錢十塊錢一次還不能帶走 一次性毛巾還要14塊錢而且啊裏面的味道可重剛剛進去直接想吐設施還老舊

連續續住了五天了 打掃衞生的阿姨每天早上六七點就開始打掃門摔得震天響 住你們賓館是沒有付錢還是怎麼的？本來圖安靜 早上好睡覺的時間 每天早上都是外面門關的時候震天響 聊天聲音那麼大 就沒有想過還有繼續住在裏面的客人還在休息之內的嗎？今天大早上阿姨開錯門 不是我老公昨晚上來了 我一個女孩子是不是被嚇到了 什麼服務玩意態度

住了兩天，第二天續住上面下單的是單間大床房去前台問的時候只有雙人間，阿姨打掃衞生沒有給我放水，我自己去前台拿，還要求付錢，還説前台跟阿姨工作是分開的，她們前台不提供住客服務，直接差評，太生氣了，奔波了一天，大晚上的還要受這種氣

團購裏面明明是帶早餐，入住時被告知不提供早餐，如需早餐需要自費，酒店主管前台來會推脱説是平台的責任與他們無關，後面經過和平台聯繫説是提供早餐讓我們早上去吃，結果第二去領早餐券又被告知不提供免費早餐，想説真沒必要這樣，不帶掛出來忽悠人？
