The electric kettle in the room burned the first pot for disinfection and everything was normal. I poured it out and boiled the second pot just in time to call home. I realized something was wrong. The kettle would not automatically cut off the power. After 15 minutes of dry boiling, half of the water was burned and the handle became soft.
