房間破舊，是小區居民樓改建的。被子枕頭比較臟，水不熱，馬桶蓋搖搖晃晃，空調不熱。

房間乾淨整潔，賓館服務態度很好，老闆很有耐心幫忙找車位停車，房間裏面設施齊全，，賓館在小區裏，晚上睡覺安靜跟在家裡一樣，讓人感受到歸家的感覺，WiFi獨立，網速很快，床鋪很乾凈被子床單看着也是剛換的，沒有異味，二十四小時有熱水，這樣的價格真的很經濟實惠，住的很開心，下次來慈溪繼續住這家，性價比很高
