I had to take a photo with my ID card, even though the country does not consider facial recognition for booking a room mandatory; second, the shampoo was gone, no refills; third, the sound insulation is really not very good, whether it is upstairs or in the corridor, everything is clear; fourth, as a hotel, why is there no foot towel?
