I thought about returning and applied for a refund online. But the store refused to let me come here for the first time. It really affected people. It's all bad. I placed an order on my phone at around 5pm and rushed to the hotel. When I went upstairs, I saw *** arguing with another guest. I didn't understand what they were saying in Cixi dialect. I saw *** was swearing non-stop, so the guest closed the door and kicked her out. Only then did *** stop swearing and walked over to me. I saw her coming over and asked her: "I have placed the order on my phone. Can I see the room first before checking in?" At this time, an old man came out and said angrily: "There's nothing to see. If you want to stay, stay. If not, check out." I was confused and about to explode. I said, "Give me back the room fee and I'll leave immediately." The old man said a lot of nonsense in Cixi dialect, and I didn't understand a word of it. I took out my phone and saw that the check-out period had passed, so I thought I was unlucky and grabbed the room card key and went upstairs. I opened the door and saw It was dirty and tattered everywhere, and there was a strange smell. I thought I was unlucky to book this place today. The shower room was in the toilet, and the stench went straight to my head. I held my breath and rushed out to take a shower. It took me a long time to recover. I sincerely advise everyone: with this service and this environment, whoever books a room here will regret it...
