因為其他住户沒有退房，所以免費升級了房型，第一感覺還不錯，老闆熱情，房間大也很敞亮，交通便利，床也比較舒服。但也有一些問題，比如浴室有一頭推門是壞的，半懸着，存在安全隱患，再比如房間地面不夠乾淨，還見到了一衹蟑螂，還是要努力把衞生弄得再好一些。
