Rooms were hot, hot HOT!! I wish they’d put a window in or something to stop us from propping the corridor door open at night. We paid for the room which gives access to the lounge. Lounge had great food and drinks of the first night - I wa impressed. They then closed the lounge on our second night and opted to give us a takeaway box which was no where near the value of paying for the executive room. Luckily, the hotel agreed to give us a refund for our remaining nights and we went to a different hotel. I think in Normal times - when covid is well and truly finished - this hotel would get a revisit. Staff were friendly and like I said, lounge served some good food.

Parking in the hotel is more convenient, and there is a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off the villa area. The rooms in Youran Mountain Residence are large, and there are bears to accompany you. It would be better if the beds could be larger. There is a hot spring in the hotel, and bathrobes and towels are provided. You are not afraid of cold weather. The important thing is that there are not many people and it is clean! Customer service Xiao Shen also personally delivered welcome fruits. The service is warm and thoughtful, which must be praised.

There are several hotels in this building. This one is just the middle floor. It is faster to go downstairs. It is more suitable. It will not be as high as the Hanting where I lived before. It is too slow to come down. The room is relatively clean and cleaned in time. Colleagues said that this store is a better choice for breakfast, it is indeed richer than the surrounding ones.

This hair dryer is not embedded in the wall, it is independent, and it is a lot better than many hotels. And I have stayed in so many hotels, and I rarely see that there are really fire ventilators. Overall it was not bad, the young lady at the front desk was also very good, I gave me a bottle of water when I took a taxi, let me drink it first.
