Don’t even know where to start with this hotel.. should have known it was going to be a horrible experience when we arrived at the hotel and the room was hot. Was told the AC was off and would eventually kick in. Few days passed and the room never changed temp, complained several times and was ignored, a room change to a working AC room would have been nice. Room went uncleaned for 2 days- when I went to the reception to ask for at least a towel swap or a new one I was told it would be a 10 Euros for a kit and 5 for an extra towel? Didn’t know the cleaning service wad not included with my stay, apparently that’s a new thing. No water refills to the room either. Each additional bottle beside the initial 2 are 1.50 EU. Do not expect a microwave or anyone to go out there way to make your stay comfortable it seems like it’s too much to ask for even though I booked a 5 day stay. Outdate TVs and smelly spa area, honestly you’re better off going somewhere else than booking your stay here, would not recommend. I normally don’t even do reviews but this place took is just a tourist trap.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the reception staff. Despite receiving an email confirming acceptance of the quote sent by Mrs. Benedetta, we didn't receive a response, so we called the hotel several times to no avail. Only the evening before our departure did a man finally answer, who had no record of any reservations under our name... and he said they should have contacted us after clarifying the matter with his colleague, but that never happened! It's a shame our vacation was ruined.

We stayed at this property for a few days during the Ferragosto holiday and I must say we were overall very satisfied. This eco-friendly hotel is set in a truly relaxing green setting, perhaps a little dated, but extremely well-maintained, especially thanks to the quality materials used in its construction. Marble, wood, and spacious interiors characterize the hotel's interiors, with truly large and comfortable rooms. It features a well-appointed spa with indoor and outdoor pools, some supplied directly by the Petriolo thermal spring. The terrace overlooking the valley is beautiful, perfect for breakfast, and the restaurant is excellent for lunch and dinner. Special mention goes to the truly friendly and helpful staff, who, despite the absence of some colleagues due to illness, worked as a team, managing to make up for the absences, with considerable sacrifice. Special thanks go to Tiziana of the Massage Center, whose expert hands provided us with moments of absolute well-being; to Francesca and Archimede in the restaurant, who were very kind and helpful; to Giacomo and Robert at the front desk, who were always ready to welcome and fulfill our requests; to the always attentive cleaning staff; and finally, special thanks to the manager, Claudio Carboni, who brilliantly handled a challenging situation, given the staff shortage, putting himself at the forefront of leading his staff. The facility's potential is remarkable and perhaps underutilized, but I'm confident that the dedication I perceived and other resources will allow this establishment to thrive. My opinion is truly positive, and if I could give the hotel management one piece of advice, I'd say not to miss out on any of the resources I encountered during my stay, because such dedication and sacrifice for one's job is truly hard to find.

The location is beautiful, with beautiful rooms and an excellent restaurant and spa. The food is top-notch thanks to the kitchen staffed by executive chef Maurizio, known for his work at top-tier Michelin-starred restaurants. The lack of staff makes everything seem a bit unprofessional. The property has a lot of potential, but management needs improvement.

Well, the place is hidden in the Tuscan hills, far from everything. The property is very well-kept and welcoming, with very spacious, well-maintained, and clean rooms. Pools and spa included. Breakfast was good. The restaurant is highly recommended. An oasis of total relaxation to enjoy for 2-3 nights. Very friendly service. Excellent experience. Well done!

A very positive experience. Exceptional, enchanting place, truly perfect for those seeking relaxation and well-being. Excellent staff, always available, smiling, and ready to accommodate every need. Nothing to complain about the indoor and outdoor pools, which are clean and well-maintained. The food is so good that we always stayed at the restaurant in the evenings. Excellent value for money, well-prepared, fresh dishes. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the outdoor terrace is enviable.

We were in doubt due to the reviews that mentioned a structure that requires maintenance. None of this: vast and well-kept common areas, impeccable room (A07), bathroom as it should be, very pleasant corner with table and kettle, small terrace (two chairs and a table outside would be fine here...) large with view of the woods. Nice SPA, with some signage problems to reach it; never seen anyone at the reception of the Health Center, but in the SPA there is always an employee. An internal swimming pool in the SPA and an external one (unheated), in the SPA three fairly large pools with thermal water at different temperatures, an ok sauna, a Turkish bath which has apparently been abandoned for some time. Pleasant but not amazing dinner, ordinary breakfast bordering on sufficiency (poorly made scrambled eggs, few yeasts, low quality juices, poor jams). Very courteous staff.
