Moldy bathroom
Someone's hair (not mine) on the room floor.
The restaurant's food, aside from being expensive, was awful. I ordered seafood pasta: the clams were all sealed and impossible to open, 3 large mussels, and 2 shrimp, the shrimp still in their shells.
The only friendly staff was the man who served me at the restaurant.
The only good thing about the room was the view, because the bed had short, curly hair that looked like ***** hair.
I'm very allergic to mosquitoes, and I told them three or four days before the stay, and they told me they had insects in the garden, and that maybe this hotel wasn't the right one for me. I asked them to cancel the reservation so they wouldn't charge me, and I asked them to find another place to stay. Not only did they leave me on read in the chat, but even though they themselves said it might not be suitable, they were incapable of being humane with me and canceling the reservation, which is also very expensive for the night. Frankly, I'm surprised they're so unpresentable for what they charge. Let's hope the breakfast is decent.

I didn't like it, as the structure is very dated in some ways I would even say dilapidated, for being a 4 star one expects at least cleanliness and updating of the structure which instead to me seemed old, scruffy and also dirty. Not to mention the swimming pool for a separate fee... I wouldn't go back to spend 120 for one night!
