Excellent - would recommend

Excellent service. Spotless. Everything you need. Lift and breakfast if required. Good communication and went out of their way to help us. Would defo recommend.

Perfect stop over or short getaway. Modern suites, very high tech. Located on a main *****, very convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was well organized. The main contact is Milena. She was very helpful through the whole process. Well Done Milena.

We (my husband and I and my brother and his wife) stayed at this bed and breakfast for one night pre-cruise at the end of April. I will say this from the start—I was a bit apprehensive after I had booked the rooms and then searched Google maps because of the area, but the reviews were so positive. I needn’t have been worried. The suites are very safe and secure, and the area felt safe as well. The rooms were immaculately clean and fresh. Each of ours had a quaint balcony, and my husband spent a lot of time out there just people watching. There are four rooms, and all were occupied by those going on the same cruise. Milena (our host…the owner?) had been in touch with me leading up to our stay and kindly arranged a taxi to the port for the following morning (only ten minutes, or so, but the streets were not conducive to rolling suitcases). She also ensured we had no intolerances for breakfast. Breakfast was perfect—hard-boiled eggs, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and delicious coffee and juices. The young woman helping us at breakfast was very pleasant and tried to help print our two of our luggage tags—very accommodating. Across the street there was a pizza place (Kebab Pizza?) where we ate an early dinner/late lunch when we arrived. It was yummy! Also, we had some gelato from another place across the street, which was delicious. Really a gem, and I’m so glad we stayed here.

The communication with our host was excellent...quick to respond, helpful with restaurant suggestions. Car garage was available for $10. I was disappointed with the room, particularly the shower...the shower floor had yellow stains, the shower holders in the shower were rusty in parts, and the base of the shower required a thorough cleaning. A bath mat had a small blood stain, and a small area of a pillow case was dirty. We booked our 2 nights in Feb, and requested a room away from a lift...that was not honored. Our breakfast the second morning, was not as plentiful as our first morning...no boiled eggs, no orange juice. You cannot help yourself to coffee, the host is the one to only use the machine. Given our exoerience, we will not return to this establishment.
