I really loved this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms, the spa facilities, the details of Islamic values, the thermal water in the pool, the service and the food - I would visit again! It is more authentically Turkish and cheaper as it is mostly visited by people from different regions of Turkey rather than foreigners. I also really really enjoyed the view from the balcony as the hotel is located in a rural region of Amasya (35 minutes from the city). You will see mountains with vast amounts of greenery, beautiful skies and beautiful tall pine trees.

Food is excellent. Thermal bath is good. It would be better if the villa had one more room, families with 3 children are a bit tight. One could improve on the quality of material. Weather is fabulous in August. We stayed 3 days.

Öncelikle kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum 30 aralık 2024-02 ocak tarihleri arasında konakladım sözde jakuzili odada kaldık ama gider ve lavabo kokusundan jakuziyi kullanmak bir kenara kokudan uyuyamıyorsunuz görevliler çözümü oda parfümü kullanarak buldular günlük oda temizliği çok kötü mini bardaki ürünler toz içinde yemekler vb şeyleri yazma gereği bile duymuyorum

10 ve 3 yaşında 2 çocuk dedik ve bize tavsiye edilen villa tipi odayı kiraladık ama çocuklar için ek yatak kanepeye dayanarak bunlara çarşaf geçirip köye misafirliğe gitmiş havası oluşturuldu, eklenen yatak ile koltuk sürekli ayrıldı, çocuklar rahat edemedi. Banyo duş fiskiyeleri kireçten yarı yarıya tıkanmış, oda temizlenirken mavi güç sıkılsa birikmez diye düşünüyorum. Yemekler endüstriyel tadında. Çocuk - hasta herkesin yiyeceği yumuşak bir lezzet bulmak zor o kadar çeşit arasında. Kahvaltıda patates - menemen gibi yiyecekler soğuktu, hatta patates kurumuş halde geliyor. Sauna çıkışına şok duş yapılmış ama akan su yine termal sıcak su. Şok duş olacaksa soğuk sudan olmalı. Olumsuz yanları yazdım, olumlu zaten olması gereken diye. Otele 20 kişilik aile grubuyla gittik.Evet otel temiz(lavabodan gelen koku dışında),yemekler orta düzey,çalışanlar güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve muhafazakar havuzlara sahip. Ancak bu konsepte kurulan bir otelin kalan tüm yemekleri çöpe attığını ve karşısında köpeklere bakan kişiyi istemediğini öğrendim.Müslümanlık sadece kapanıp birbirini açık görmemek midir? Siz yemek yerken camın altında bekleyen köpekler olacak ve siz yemekleri çöpe atacaksınız.En azından uzak noktada bir alan kurup orda besleyebilirdiniz.Bir daha tercih edeceğimi sanmam.

Batıda bir çok tesis var ama Anadoluda böyle bir tesis yok.çok uzaklara gitmeden uzun yol sıkıntısına girmeden kaplıcadan faydalanılabilecek bir imkan ol uş bizler için.Anadoluya bu ezih tesisi kazandıranların ellerine saglık. Otele 4.gelişimiz yıllardır kalite bozulmadan devam ediyor. Çalışan personel saygılı, hizmet çok güzel, yemekler lezzetli, havuzların temizliği önceki yıllarda geldiğimizde hijyen açısından daha bakımlıydı. Havuz temizliği ve bakımı konusunda biraz daha özen gösterilebilir diye düşünüyorum. Sabah kahvaltısı öğle çayı ve akşam yemekleri de yeterli. Teşekkürler herşey için.
