Not great... first room didn't have working air conditioning. Long wait for room change. And a cockroach in the bathroom on the last day. Great... but very well located, though!

Well-located hotel. No parking. But it is easy to park in the adjacent streets. Cleanliness ok. Friendly staff. Bedding quality: average. Very simple room with the bare minimum, no kettle but a small fridge.

Expensive hotel for what it is and what they offer. We went for the San Juan festivities, and they gave us a tiny room, which they eventually changed after we complained about the fact that most of them look out onto an interior courtyard and not with a sea view as they say on their website, and they were very rude at reception. The lift didn't work on any day and they didn't intend to fix it either. The minibar only works with the electricity card, so it was hot and smelled bad, and the drain in the bathroom was blocked. We asked for 2 ice cubes at reception and the very rude girl told us that she would have to charge us for it, when the minibar doesn't cool. Then, due to a death, we had to go back earlier, and the ladies at reception were very rude and rude and didn't give us anything back, which was what we had. A hotel that only cares about making money without caring about anything else. I wouldn't go back, it's not worth what they charge you, nor the treatment received.

The hotel is centrally located, conveniently located, and overall clean. However, the room is quite small, without air conditioning, had a broken window, and was poorly maintained. The price was ridiculously high for the quality of the stay (and that didn't even include breakfast). I wouldn't return.

First of all, the price of the stay was too expensive for the quality and services of the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is its location in relation to the cove next door, but not to the city centre. It lacks better furniture and adequate quality, it looks a bit old and neglected. Lastly, the noise in the part facing the road is unbearable.

The hotel is not bad but I expected better for what a night there costs. The location is very good, close to the center. The bad thing is that we had problems with the door of the room that did not close and they had to change us to another one where one of the air conditioners did not work and being on the third floor it was very hot. We mentioned it again and the next day they moved us back to the one we were in and the door was fixed. It is true that they solved the problem at the time but I do not understand how there can be rooms where the air conditioner does not work in the middle of July with the heat that it has. As for the normal beds, I have been to hotels with much more comfortable beds and pillows. The attention from the receptionists was quite good. In my opinion there are things to improve in terms of quality price because it is not cheap to stay there and there are so many nuances to improve, the shower was also average, the water fell without much force.
