The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. The room was very compact with the toilet and shower behind a glass screen next to the bed. Cleanliness and location was great just don’t expect the room to be as the advertised photos.

Room 2 is perfect for the price. The kitchen is well-equipped and the common areas are tidy and clean. The location is central, with everything within a 10-minute walk. There's parking just 3 minutes away. Upon arrival, you don't have to go to reception. I like the fact that it's more independent.

Très bonne adresse sue Ciutadella, tout proche de l’ultra centre de cette très jolie ville. La chambre que j’ai eue était très bon marché, un peu atypique, très confortable et calme avec un accès direct à une terrasse tout aussi agréable. Possibilité d’utiliser une cuisine très bien équipée et un salon TV tout aussi cosy. Accueil simplifié au maximum pour nous rendre la vie facile. Vraiment une bonne surprise ! Merci

Tiny room overpriced given the configuration. The toilet and shower are only separated by a curtain and a half-opaque sliding door. Forget all privacy and get used to the bad smells of pipes. The photos on Booking were misleading and the owner did not wish to take any action. We therefore shortened our stay in this place which is not worth its exorbitant price (the same as a superior room in the same place). No reception on site and no solution was offered to us. I absolutely do not recommend! THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN EVER HAD

Pasamos 2 noches aquí y ambos quedamos muy decepcionados. Caro para nada. No lo recomiendo... We spent 2 nights here and we were both very disappointed. Expensive for no confort or services. I do not recommend.
