My worst experience in a hotel. Great Hotel Las Fuentes CD Victoria, Sep 14-15. they changed my room 3 times, and gave my room to someone else, I think they wanted me to share the room with my family. i removed the bedspread and the sheet has blood stains on it... I left all day and came back and it turns out they didn't clean it or change the sheets, terrible service, they spent the time blaming each other. hotel recommendations are greatly appreciated for my next visits to Cd Victoria.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue muy buena, pero OPACA su buen servicio, la atención que brindan a la hora de facturar. Tuve que esperar 2 semanas y estar constantemente llamando y visitando el hotel para siempre recibir la misma respuesta; "la encargada de facturar es la que los manda y no está, ya se fue, ya se envió". Esta mal que no se brinde esa atención como se debe y que NADIE del personal tome nota y reciba la petición para realizar factura cuanto antes.

Excelente servicio, muy rico los desayunos. Ubicación buena, privacidad 100% ambiente sano y natural, la atención de sus trabajadores muy buena y amable. Siempre elijo hotel las fuentes cuando hago mis viajes de trabajo a cd. victoria y sin duda lo seguiré haciendo. Felicidades.

la atención de recepción es mala, solicité un frigobar ya que casi todas las habitaciones tienen (tenemos convenio) no se tomaron más molestia de darle seguimiento a mi solicitud, hasta el dia siguiente me respondieron y eso porque les escribí que llevaba 6 horas esperando me respondieran, hasta el dia siguiente se tomaron la molestia de contestar que no.

Poner mas atención a los reportes de los huéspedes; Estuvimos sin sanitario durante nuestra estacia, además falló la luz, aparentemente por un problema en el transformador; Tuvimos que ir al baño a las 3:00 de la mañana a recepción porque el de la habitación no servía desde que llegamos y lo reportamos.
